Group Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes is a full body 50 - minute, heart pumping session.  The workout  blends a combination of weights, spin bikes, agility ladders, TRX, kettle bells, and interval training to jump start your metabolism and burn many CALORIES.  Our group training is proven by our clients to be one of the most highly effective workouts. YOU can expect to feel leaner, stronger and more fit from the first session.

 

Our group fitness classes are for the general population looking to excel by taking their fitness to a higher level and achieving a new goal, whether it is for wedding a marathon or just starting a new fitness routine.  ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!
