We can create programs for all fitness levels. We also tailor the workouts depending on the exercise equipment you have available. Whether you have access to a full gym, no equipment at all or somewhere in between we can design a program to meet your needs.

Along with your program you also receive a meal plan and 24/7 access to your trainer!

 

Here’s How The Program Works And WHAT YOU GET - PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Step 1 - You receive a 15 minute skype consultation where we will evaluate you and go over your fitness and nutritional needs and wants.  You will let us know about any medical issues or injuries you may have that may affect your workout.  Your trainer will then ask you some questions about your exercise and eating habits so we can gather information to customize a proper program for you.

 

  • Step 2 - One 15 minute Skype session with your trainer per week to go over any questions you may have in regards to the program, nutrition & how to properly perform the exercises so you do not get injured.

 

  • Custom cardiovascular training program designed specifically for you (includes direction on exercise type, frequency and duration). Receive a new workout plan every week. 

 

  •  Custom strength training program designed specifically for you (includes direction on type of exercise move, resistance size, frequency, number of reps, number of sets, and rest time). Receive a new workout plan every week. 

 

  •  Custom stretching program designed specifically for you.  

 

  • Unlimited access to your trainer for questions, help, etc. via e-mail or phone.
     

  •  Weekly workouts and challenges: 10-day Fat Blast Challenge. Daily mini challenges sent directly to you each morning. These fitness and diet related tasks will require 10 minutes or less but will help you kick start your way to new, healthier habits.

  • 6 Month membership – 1st payment $100.00, 5 more payments of $60.00
