Strength And Conditioning

At Vargus Fitness Strength and conditioning, all of our athletes and clients receive an individualized program design based on the results of an initial one-on- one evaluation. A program is then developed based on the needs of the individual, athletic, and physical deficits found during the evaluation, as well as the consideration of the sports physical demands.Our semi-private training format guarantees an athlete-to-coach ratio of 3:1 and no more than 5:1. This provides an environment that breeds the secrets of unstoppable motivation, and limitless success.
